Nasi Tiwul terbuah dari bahan dari Ketela pohon melalui proses yang sangat panjang mulai dikupas dikupas, dijemur (keringkan), diparut hingga di kukus sehinga bentuk menyerupai seperti nasi. Tiwul mempuyai rasa layaknya nasi (beras).
Bongko terbuat dari berbagai bahan antara lain : kelapa, dll yang dibungkus daun pisang dan dikukus. Sementara Pecel terbuat dari aneka sayuran, kacang tanah (sambal), daun pepaya muda, cambah, dll. Foto diambil saat beli makanan ini di Semanu, (Wonosari) Gunungkidul 50 km sebelah timur kota Yogyakarta. Harga makanan ini di Desa sangat murah, kedua makanan tidak lebih Rp 3.000,-. Sangat Murah dan Sehat.
